Analysis of the operation method of the winding torsion testing machine:
After connecting the power supply, turn on the power switch and the red indicator light will turn on to indicate that the power supply is normal. Rotate the black handle with a disc next to the right gripper to separate it from the travel switch. Ensure that the machine is powered on.
1. Sample length: Cut two samples from the surface inspection qualified sample, and the sample length should meet the specified number of winding turns. (Refer to GB/T3428-2002, 10.3, c and GB/T4907.7-2009,5.4, which generally have 8 turns)
2. Selection of winding rod: Select the winding core rod according to the standard specified winding diameter (refer to Tables 3, 4, and 5 in GB/T3428-2002), use a wrench to open the left clamp (three jaw chuck) to clamp the left end of the core rod, rotate the circular small knob on the side of the right clamp to allow the right clamp to rotate freely, and adjust the distance of the right clamp to clamp the right end of the core rod. Thread the wire through the wire plate and tighten the left clamp wedge pressure head to press one end of the wire. Manually wrap half a circle on the core rod, and clamp the other end with the wire plate to keep the sample in a tight state.
3. Speed adjustment: Open the "forward" button and adjust the speed (refer to GB/T4909.7-2009, 5.4 for speed not exceeding 10 times/minute, refer to GB/T3428-2002,10.3, C for speed not exceeding 15 times/minute). The machine rotates counterclockwise to evenly arrange the wires on the core rod in a spring shape as the effective sample. After the number of turns of the wires reaches the standard, press the "stop" button to stop the machine from winding.
4. Test completed: Open the left and right clamps, remove the core rod, retract the wire, and disconnect the power supply.
5. Determination of experimental results:
1) Test results: Check the surface of the test part of the specimen with normal vision and record it.
2) Evaluation: If the test results of each sample comply with the relevant product standards, it is judged as qualified. Briefly describe the daily maintenance and upkeep of the winding torsion testing machine:
1. When the testing machine malfunctions, please promptly contact our company's after-sales service personnel.
2. Operators must be trained and qualified before they can work. Non test personnel are not allowed to operate to prevent damage to the instrument and personal injury.
3. During the operation of the gripper, the operator should not touch it. The experiment is completed, and the interior of the gripper is cleaned thoroughly.
4. The rotating parts have been lubricated with oil before leaving the factory, and maintenance should be done after a period of use.
5. Please handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to the components.
6. When the product is not in use for a long time, it should be powered on and operated every half month for at least half an hour.
7. Surrounding environment temperature: 8 ℃~25 ℃, humidity ≤ 70%. Laboratories that do not meet these conditions can be equipped with air conditioning.
